By using and/or visiting the ThaHub website (collectively, including all Content, Uploads and User Submissions available through thahub.lol, "ThaHub", the website), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and our privacy policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.

These terms are subject to change by ThaHub at any time. By continuing to use the service after any modifications, you agree to be bound by the updated terms. If you do not accept the modified terms, you must stop using thahub.lol.

ThaHub is a community-funded content sharing platform that allows approved members to upload, contribute to, and access content collectively. The platform uses a crowdfunding model where one user initially purchases content and other members can contribute a percentage of the original price to unlock access.

ThaHub may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You acknowledge that ThaHub will not be liable for any liability arising from your use of any third-party website.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use this website. If you are under 18 years of age, you are not permitted to use the website. By using ThaHub, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and/or over the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for your own content submissions and the consequences of posting them. You agree not to post content that is:

• Illegal, unlawful, or in violation of any applicable laws
• Harassing, harmful, threatening, or abusive
• Defamatory, obscene, or libelous
• Invasive of privacy or contains personal information
• Hateful or racially offensive
• Contains viruses or malicious code
• Depicts illegal activities or cruelty to animals

The Content on ThaHub, except for User Submissions, is owned by or licensed to ThaHub. Content is provided for your personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes without prior written consent. You agree not to engage in unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of any Content.

By submitting content to ThaHub, you:

• Grant ThaHub a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use your content
• Affirm that you have all necessary rights to the content
• Confirm that all subjects in your content are over 18 years of age
• Have obtained necessary permissions from all identifiable individuals
• Will not submit copyrighted material without permission
• Will not impersonate others or post false information

ThaHub has a zero-tolerance policy for illegal content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise inappropriate. We may terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our terms.

To maintain efficient resource allocation and platform health, ThaHub reserves the right to remove accounts that show signs of inactivity. An account is considered inactive when it meets the following criteria:

• No login activity for an extended period
• No contributions to the platform
• No content uploads or interactions

We reserve the right to remove such inactive accounts at our sole discretion, as they represent an unnecessary allocation of system resources. Users are encouraged to maintain regular activity on their accounts to prevent removal.

ThaHub is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to:

• Errors or inaccuracies in content
• Personal injury or property damage
• Unauthorized access to our servers
• Interruption of service
• Viruses or malicious code
• Loss or damage of any kind

ThaHub utilizes a token-based system for contributions and unlocking content. Tokens are digital credits that may be purchased and used within the platform.

Once tokens are consumed, we have a zero (0) refund policy. Tokens that have been used, spent, or consumed for any service, feature, or transaction are non-refundable and cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited back to your account. This policy applies regardless of the reason for consumption, including but not limited to:

• Tokens used for content access or unlocking features
• Tokens spent on platform services or transactions
• Tokens consumed due to user error or misunderstanding
• Tokens used in any completed transaction

Unused tokens may be subject to refund eligibility as determined by ThaHub's discretion and applicable payment processor policies. All token purchases are final once tokens have been consumed or used.
